This product was awarded the prestigious India Design Mark (Granted by the India Design Council which is under the aegis of the Government of India) for the year 2023.

As a part of the customer study that was conducted on people who were forced to work from home during the pandemic, a group of people that was identified, whom we called Bed buds. These people work primarily from their beds either due to space constraint or preference.
Therefore, the brief was to create a piece of bedroom furniture that would assist the customer to work from bed. And hence the concept of the Roo Study Bed Side Table was born. A product that occupies a small space but provides maximum utility. The key feature of this product is the small worktable that nests within the bed side table (like a kangaroo's joey). After use it can be stowed away neatly allowing an easy transition from work to leisure.
